EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Jean-Noel Li Ying is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics. He has over 14 years of accounting and auditing experience and has worked on a wide variety of clients (both local and multinational clients) in manufacturing, financial services, offshore business (Asset management and investment holding), and banks.
Jean-Noel’s experience includes performing audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (“ISA”), compliance reviews and due diligence audit. He also has extensive knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), financial reporting and International Standards of Quality Controls 1 (“ISQC1”).
He is currently responsible for the delivery of outsourcing projects in audit, accounts preparation and conflict check services for various member firms in the BDO network.
