EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Gérard Bouic is the Human Resources Director at BDO in Mauritius. He holds a Degree in Social Science and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Gérard has been working in the HR Management field for more than 35 years and has been involved in the consulting field of Human Resources Management for the past three decades in some 15 different countries. His areas of expertise are Performance Management, Job Evaluation, Team Development and Remuneration Management. He has also a strong interest in organisational behaviour and change management.
Gérard has extensive training experience in DDI’s (Development Dimensions International) Integrated Learning Systems, of which he is a Certified Facilitator. He is a Master Trainer in the Thomas International Behavioural Assessment techniques and is a Certified Trainer and Job Evaluator in TASK Job Evaluation system as well as the Watson Wyatt Global Grading System. Gérard attended the Arthur Andersen Advanced Consulting Skills Training in Change Management. He is a registered Management Trainer with the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA).
